Svelte DevTools Plus
Svelte serves as a compiler that facilitates the swift and straightforward development of web applications through the utilization of components, styles, and markup. Additionally, SvelteKit, a framework built on top of Svelte, empowers developers to construct single-page applications, implement server-side rendering, and more. My preference for Svelte stems from its flexibility and user-friendly nature, along with the presence of a vibrant community. However, it currently lacks essential tools. In response, my team and I have decided to embark on creating a new DevTool to address this gap.
Development Proccess
We faced a challenging schedule, aiming to outline our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within the first two weeks, refine features in the subsequent two weeks, and then allocate a final week for deployment and promotion. To meet these deadlines, we embraced the scrum methodology and held daily stand-up meetings. The proactive communication during these morning sessions established a positive tone for the entire day. Actively seeking clarifications, maintaining synchronization among team members, and encouraging feedback on problem-solving approaches played a pivotal role in improving our team's overall efficiency. Consequently, we achieved our goal and successfully delivered the end product as planned.
